Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and availability of tracking can vary depending on your destination country.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Because we work with international fulfillment partners, delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on your location. Remote destinations may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing and local postal services are outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your destination, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow a few days for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
